X.C.C.L. is an entrepreneur and leadership program intended for leaders and future entrepreneurs looking to advance their career forward with Chick-fil-A. X.C.C.L. is a 30-month program, taking participants on a journey of development through experiences, working with others, and reading books and articles.

Regardless of past experiences, all participants begin X.C.C.L. as a crew members, learning the business basics and building relationships. Over the 30 months, you can expect to be challenged both professionally and personally, through our Core Values: Excellence, Character, Consistency, and Leadership.

X.C.C.L. will prepare participants to enter professional roles with Chick-fil-A's Support Center (Corporate offices) and as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator.
