X.C.C.L. is an entrepreneur and leadership program intended for future Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators and Chick-fil-A corporate roles. As a 30-month program, X.C.C.L.'s benchmarks are written around our core values: excellence, character, consistency, and leadership. Participants should expect to complete 4 benchmarks, at a self-paced speed alongside an assigned program mentor.
