Mike Bruno - VP of Operations

Mike has a service background is 12 years managing a support services analytical group in the Semiconductor Industry with an average of 40 engineers, technicians, and supervisors reporting to him. Responsible for customer care relations on multiple accounts including Sony and Microsoft.

Working 7 years with Chick-fil-A having held every position in the store from Crew Member to Operations Director. Currently, Mike is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is the VP of Operations. Mike’s responsibilities include all guest-facing and back-of-house operations. Mike challenges his teams to grow through failure and to never stop learning.

In order to intentionally grow X.C.C.L. participants,  a mentor team has been put into place. The mentor team is made up of two distinct members of the Executive Leadership Team. Together the participant and mentor will work on both professional and personal growth in three key ways. A candidate can expect to have weekly one-on-one meetings with mentors to study and gain a greater understanding of each respective area within the business. Both the X.C.C.L. mentors are well-rounded leaders and mentors as professional businessmen and leaders in their community.
