Program Requirements
To ensure that the individuals hired into the Leadership Development Program are of the highest caliber the following requirements have been put into place:
- Complete the online leadership application throughthis external link
- Resume submitted to Bethany Painter via email at chickfila.careers@chickenandricellc.com
- Must have prior food and beverage work history with prior Chick-fil-A history as a plus
- Ability to work 50 hours a week, plus holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Pass all training and tests
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- Relocation is required - signing bonus offered
You may think that this list is too short, it is not. Everything that you need to know will be taught. We ask that you are willing and excited to learn and fail to grow and develop as a future Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or a member of Chick-fil-A's Support Center (corporate offices).
