"Some people dream of success, while other people get up every morning and make it happen." - Wayne Huizenga

I graduated from Shippensburg University in 1996 with an M.S. in counseling.  I thought my career path was going to be in college student personnel.  I thought I wanted to be a Dean of Students or Vice President of Student Affairs.  What I didn’t know at the time about myself was I had an entrepreneur's heart.  Not long after I entered the professional world I found myself looking for a business.  I knew I was not a “corporate” kind of guy.  I wanted to chart my own path and felt like I had the abilities to make that happen.  I also knew that I wanted a business where I could make a difference and impact people's lives.  I ended up owning a  Chick-fil-A franchise and I am living my dream.  I get to impact my employees and guests every day.  I have the heart to grow leaders and help people reach their dreams.  My supervisor for my assistantship at Shippensburg was an incredible leader and challenged me often to be better and he pushed me to reach higher.  I am very thankful for his leadership in my life and for helping me develop a passion for leadership and developing leaders.  As John Maxwell says “everything rises and falls on leadership”. I believe this statement and have built my business around developing leaders.  Do you have what it takes to join our team?
