Q. What happens after the X.C.C.L. program concludes?
A. At the time of the conclusion of the program, participants will have been equipped with all the necessary tools to move forward with a Leadership Development Program with the Support Center to become an Operator for Chick-fil-A, some may choose to follow a career into the Support Center In a large variety of specialties to utilize your degree or you may choose to take your tool kit outside of Chick-fil-A to make your positive impact on the world.

Q. How do I apply for the X.C.C.L. development program?

Q. Have any operators been produced from Chick-fil-A Center of the Universe or Virginia Center Marketplace?
A. Yes,Blake began working at Chick-fil-A in 2005 as a team member, soon into his employment he decided to pursue the leadership programs that are in place today. Blake worked his way through every level within the management matrix until he became an Executive Director. At this level Blake decided that it was time to pursue his passions and turn into a lifetime. In 2015 Blake moved to Georgia, working as an Sr. Operations Director. In the summer of 2016, Blake became an Owner/Operator for Chick-fil-A  in Virginia. ​

Q. What does a typical week look like for an X.C.C.L. participant?
A. Each week is different and is customized to areas of growth that the participant is working through with his/her mentor. A week could consist of: a meeting with each of the mentors to study areas of growth, working in each position within the store and participating in a marketing event. 

Q. How is participant growth measured throughout X.C.C.L.?
A. Growth is measured in several ways throughout the program, examples include: testing on materials prior to promotions, coaching both of participants and of employees reporting into participants. 

Q. If I am selected for an interview, will I interview in a group?
A. No, for the interviews the candidate will not interview in a group of other candidates, however, will meet with two members of the hiring team. Majority of the time, there are multiple interviews taking place at the same location and time. 

Q. Do you have to be a Christian to work at or operate a Chick-fil-A? 
A. No, you do not have to be a Christian to be an employee or operator for Chick-fil-A.
