Mike Bruno - VP of Operations
Mike has a service background is 12 years managing a support services analytical group in the Semiconductor Industry with an average of 40 engineers, technicians and supervisors reporting into him. Responsible for customer care relations on multiple accounts including Sony and Microsoft.
Working 7 years with Chick-fil-A having held every position in the store from Crew Member to Operations Director. Currently Mike is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is the VP of Operations. Mike’s responsibilities include all guest facing and back of house operations. Mike challenges his teams to grow through failure and to never stop learning.

Matt Stewart - Director Leadership Development
Matt has been part of the Chick-fil-A team since October 2012. His most recent role within the business is a the Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A Virginia Center Marketplace. As a member of the Executive team, Matt partners with Mike in developing leaders and X.C.C.L. participants.
In order to intentionally grow X.C.C.L. participants, a mentor team has been put into place. The mentor team is made up of two distinct members of the Executive Leadership Team. Together the participant and mentor will work on both professional and personal growth in three key ways. A candidate can expect to have weekly one on one meetings with mentors to study and gain a greater understanding to each respective area within the business. Both the X.C.C.L. mentors are well rounded leaders and mentors as professional business men and leaders in their community.
