Interested applicants must be entering their senior year in a college or university, pursuing a degree in business management, hospitality management, entrepreneur studies, economics, psychology or related field. Interns will be assigned to an internship of the choosing of the interview selection team based on several factors including: major, past experiences, and growth ambition. The ideal applicant will have a long-term goal to join the entrepreneur and leadership program following graduation. Interns will be expected to adhere to all store policies not excluding attendance and grooming guidelines.

To be considered for the Lasting Impact Internship, candidates will need to submit a resume to the Talent and Human Resource Director, Bethany Painter and complete an online application. The candidate will complete the Internship application.
